Eagle And Lounge - Palmer

Friendly staff! Enormous rooms! Extremely clean! Incredible Wi-Fi! A fantastic value-for-money hotel in Palmer. I'm so glad I didn't let the average rating deter me from staying here.

The entrance is challenging to navigate if you have luggage, and there's no staff on-site to assist. Our room was extremely hot, and we couldn't get a fan. They only provide two towels per room—at over $160 per night, it would be nice to have an extra towel for my hair. The rooms are somewhat dated, though generally clean; just don’t look under the beds. There are only about two outlets in the entire room, which made things difficult for two tech-savvy adults. Additionally, the third floor lacks elevator access, so be prepared to carry your bags up the stairs. I won't be returning unless they make significant improvements or lower their rates drastically.

It was the first good night's rest and shower I had in the first three days of my Alaska road trip. A very welcome stop.Rooms: The room was quiet, clean and recently remodeled. The bed was very large and comfortable l enjoyed the stay there. It was safe and secure. The owner has done a nice job to create a comfortable hotel away from the bustle and expense of Anchorage. If what you want is quiet, comfort and rest this is just right.

Was shocked by how big and modern room was. Huge TV. Very comfy bed.
