Dunkin' - Palmer

I really wish they would repair the dip in the sidewalk. The lines are consistently long, and the food is just average. I've often received overcooked dishes.

I keep asking for extra sugar in my iced coffee, but they almost always forget it. Why would I want my iced coffee without sugar?

I was very disappointed to learn that you no longer offer Sweet 'n Low. I found out only when I reached the drive-thru window to place my order. Other Dunkin' locations still have it. It would have been better if you had informed me about this when I was ordering, rather than after.

Any Dunkin's lately is lacking for freshness as donuts always taste a day old and service is bad. They really don't listen so why ask what can I get you if I say coffee with 2 creams and 1 sugar why do I get it light and a ton of sugar making itundrinkable and my money wasted. I try not to go to Dunkin if I can go somewhere else even a gas station where I can make itmyself the way I want.

Coffee was cold and I ordered a hot coffee ordered ah sausage egg and cheese on a crossiant and I got ham egg on plain bagel anyway yall check it out for your own self maybe I just wasn't liked at the place
