This family restaurant excels in kindness and customer service. It's a clean and inviting space with a friendly staff at the front desk. There's ample outdoor seating that offers stunning views. They have a great selection of beverages, including Mexican Cokes, Fanta, and various flavors of Jarritos. I was pleased to find bottled Horchata, though I wish they had a fountain for it. There are four TVs so you can catch your favorite shows. I ordered the Nachos Asada, and I’m glad I chose takeout; I wouldn't have wanted anyone to see me devour them! The dish was loaded with perfectly cooked steak, a generous heap of guacamole, and smothered in white queso—now I'm craving more!

This is my favorite Mexican restaurant in the Tri-Lakes area, and it ranks among the best Mexican food I've had anywhere. I used to visit Charrito's House in Larkspur, so I was thrilled when they opened a location here in Palmer Lake, CO. However, if you have a long drive to get here, I recommend calling ahead to confirm they're open, as they occasionally take vacations. P.S. Their Chile Rellenos are excellent!

I really love this restaurant! The Mexican food is genuinely authentic, and the owner is incredibly friendly. I'm feeling a bit disappointed right now because we drove from Woodland Park to celebrate a birthday lunch, only to find out they are on a week's vacation. However, I will definitely be back. Everything here is delicious!

I really can’t understand how anyone enjoys the food here; it’s bland and lacks creativity, especially the breakfast options. Like many others, I wanted to support this new local spot, but I was let down each time I visited. And as for the person who believes these reviews are still relevant, there’s no indication that they’ve actually tasted the food themselves – I could say the same about the favorable reviews. This has to be one of the most ridiculous statements I’ve read in ages!

This was my first visit to the restaurant, and the interior was both authentic and very comfortable. Our waitress was new, and when I ordered sweet tea—clearly listed on the menu—I assumed it would be sweet. However, I was informed that there are sweeteners available on the table. My Ruben sandwich came on bread that seemed a bit stale, almost as if it was waiting for the rest of the meal to catch up. On a positive note, the sweet potato fries were fantastic. I plan to return, but I'm hoping for a true Southern sweet tea next time.
