Transplants Brewing Company - Palmdale

Great vibe. The beers are incredible. Wish they had better food trucks. I actually go down the street on Monday's to Lucky Luke Brewing, it's walking distance to get food off Best.burger.sfv The hamburger's are excellent. Chili fries with grilled onions. So tasty!! Huge bomb ass hot dog's. When you've got the munchies. Then I run back to Transplant and enjoy the beer.

Our server Buck was incredible. Super fun, attentitive, and charismatic. Thinking back all of our servers were great. Great time.

Can't say anything bad about this brewery and going for the first time it was nice. A lot of beer selection, nice staff. Definitely be back again

The setup is very typical for a modern brewery. The brewery and taproom occupy a warehouse and food trucks park out the back. I absolutely loved the beer selection. First I tried the Cumbersome. It is a cucumber wheat beer. I ordered it because I just couldn't see how it could work, but it worked so very well. I wish Transpants canned their beer because I would have come home with a case. Then I tried the Dead Weight imperial porter. Such creamy, chocolatey goodness. It reminded me more than a little of Theakston Old Peculier but nuttier and heavier. The day we arrive the food truck was serving mexican/asian fusion and we loaded up on what tasted like tacos, but looked like eggrolls. Delightful. I really liked the friendly open atmosphere. I even got to talk to the owner for ten minutes while his cat licked taco juice off my fingers. If I ever go back to Palmdale this will be the first place I visit.

Paid for a comedy show and they wouldn't let my husband back in to watch the rest of the show because he didn't have the tickets even though he had on his wrist band they grabbed me out of the audience after paying for the beers and the food and the seats (vip) and didn't tell me I wouldn't be allowed back in to grab my stuff left behind a phone and jacket and ID luckily my friends that were with us are able to enjoy the rest of the show and bring back our stuff ... the security gaud tried to maze me and my husband while we were walking to our car.. such a awful experience never ever returing there again
