Mi Ranchito - Palmdale

The only dishes I really liked were the chicken nachos and the street chicken tacos, although the tacos can be a little messy and fall apart when you try to pick them up. I haven't sampled anything else from the menu. The interior is very clean and well-kept, as this is a fairly new establishment. I would recommend enhancing the flavor of the chicken and offering shredded chicken as an option, since not everyone prefers whole pieces of chicken.

The food here is absolutely delicious, with the goat dish standing out as a particularly tasty option that adds a nice twist to the usual fare. However, my last experience was a bit disappointing. I ordered a three-taco plate, but they completely forgot the tacos. Instead, I received a plate of rice, beans, chicken, and all the condiments, but no tortillas. That was really disappointing because, let's be honest, I was looking forward to the tacos! Unfortunately, I ended up without any.

Absolutely! The food here is hearty, thick, rich, and genuinely authentic. The tacos and enormous burritos are amazing—ideal for a late-night snack. Just a heads up: indulging in the green wet carne asada burrito might leave you in a carb coma for a few hours!
