Guadalajara Taco Grill - Palmdale

Love! this hole in the wall. As soon, you walk in. It smells like authentic Mexican food. My grandmothers kitchen. The Mexican rice is delicious!! Yes like the one from grandmas kitchen... planning on going back. I highly recommend it!

We are new to Lancaster and were looking for a place to have real authentic Mexican food we found this hole in the wall spot on google search, we ate here today Sunday, it was not crowded. Place is very clean. We ordered different types of food so we could have a taste of some of our faves we would usually order elsewhere... just starting off they offer really good salsa roja, salsa verde and pico de gallo for the chips (chips are delicious) we bought some to take home for food we We had Menudo (served with handmade tortillas), wet burrito, asada/lengua fries, chilaquiles and tostada salad. EVERYTHING WE ATE WAS DELICIOUS. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

The first time we ordered from this restaurant, the food was poorly prepared and made us feel unwell. We won't be ordering from here again.

The place is very clean! The gentleman and lady who run it are super friendly, and the tacos and burritos are incredibly fresh and full of flavor—especially the salsa. I highly recommend stopping by! Tacos are just $2.75!

Excellent food! Excellent customer service! I drove half an hour to get here. It was worth it. I would definitely eat the hour and a half run again here.
