Fire Island Grill - Palmdale

The food is tasty, but it would be more worthwhile if they offered more meat for the price, similar to QQ Hawaiian BBQ. Everything else is good, but the mac and cheese is just like Kraft quality.

My wife and I stopped by for a quick meal, and we were not disappointed. The ingredients were fresh, the flavor combinations were delightful, and there were plenty of options to choose from. The service was great, and the staff was very helpful. However, I had to deduct a star because some of the tabletops were dirty.

Fire Island Grill is one of AV's hidden gems. If you're into fresh, tasty protein but are on a diet... you NEED to give this place a try. Great service as the owner is usually there and not afraid to get his hands dirty a nod of admiration in my book. I took my friends there recently and they regretted never coming here before. We made a commitment to eat their at least once a week. Give it a shot, you wont be disappointed

The food here is fantastic! Our favorites include the blazing chicken Caesar salad, the bowls, and the steak sandwich, making it our go-to spot. There was a period during the pandemic when their customer service was lacking, but it seems they've addressed those issues. During our most recent visit, everything was back to how we remembered: excellent food and friendly staff. I definitely recommend checking this place out!

The meat and chicken combo is amazing. Meats were tender and flavorful!
