Sartorio - Palma de Mallorca

So this place prides itself for its meat [sorry veggies] and as we had had an amazing steak the day before in Calla Millor things could only get better at a place that specializes in meat right? Wrong,,, patatas bravas were lovely and crunchy and had a great spicy sauce- but missed the garlic sauce. Service, the guy [server] was really nice. I ordered a steak- medium [as he suggested] when it arrived and I cut into it the meat was more than well done. I think he knew as I saw him looking from outside through the window. He [the server] came in and asked if all was ok, I explained the steak was not medium but more than well done, he agreed and explained he would arrange another steak. The replacement steak arrived, only it was pieces of meat that was as under-cooked as the initial one was over cooked- by that I mean it was just over blue, cool in the middle, it was also incredibly hard to cut due to the amount of connective tissue in it. By this time we needed to leave so I wrapped up the **** lump of flesh and took it home to my friends dog. I think the server could tell the second one was not good either as he kinda avoided us as we left. Real shame as I was so looking forward to a well cooked steak. Still many more places to try, would I return or recommend? no.

Lugar ideal para tomarse un vermut. Hemos ido varias veces y bien. En cuanto a comida la tabla variada para compartir está muy bien

La experiencia es excelente, y gran parte de ello se debe a la simpatía y amabilidad de Silvia, la camarera. Su servicio fue impecable, brindando recomendaciones acertadas. Raciones abundantes, comida casera, boquerones y empanadas son un musttt

Buena atención, ambiente tranquilo y agradable y platos que te transportan a Argentina y muy abundantes.

Excelente sitio para comer con amigos y familia, buena terraza y una variedad de carnes a la parrilla y milanesas, espectaculares…empanadas argentinas excelente.
