Absolutely to try the tronchetto, a dish of which I ignored the existence but that from the moment I had the pleasure to try here became an integral part of my diet... really good. Excellent pizza too
We've been eating pizza in this place for years, and sometimes we've been taking her... Lately we have given up unfortunately.. That pizza so delicious has in fact turned into a grin on the stomach.. You want to know why?? Pizzaiolo has been changed and there is a real abyss in a negative sense...... Too bad.
Great to spend an evening in company and enjoy a good dinner specializing in the good pizza in any way you eat recommend the tronchetto and fritta pizza
Location in the heart of Palma Campania, family management, from service to the kitchen all excellent! Great lunch but the dish par excellence was the fried pizza ....42 hours of leavening.....5 seconds to finish it!
