Sercotel Zurbarán Palma

We had a really great experience in this hotel. The service is excellent. We could borrow beach towels, leave our luggage at the hotel on the day of departure and there is a free beach shuttle. The location is only 20-30min from the city centre. I rented bikes from the hotel and came in the city within 10min. It is also a cheap ride to the airport. Only the room was small, but very clean. All in all, we were super satisfied with our choice.

Very good experience. Amazing breakfast. rather close to the city center (25 minutes walk), beautiful area, close to the port and restaurants / bars in the area, rooms were decent size and large bathrooms. 8 euros for parking, but if you arrive during lunch you can find free on nearby roads. Wifi is bad, however, has not worked, but without roaming in the EU it was no problem.

We were at the hotel 6 days this month, and we have no bad word to say about it. The staff is so polite, the hotel is clean and close to everything you need. I highly recommend to enjoy the breakfast at the hotel buffet during your stay at the hotel, the food is exellent and fresh juices must be after Night out in Mallorca! Friendly and helpful staff, very nice hotel good breakfast

The best thing about the hotel is the staff. Very helpful and very friendly from reception to the lady who looked after our room . Rooms are small and adequate with a safe and a balcony but no tea making facilities. Although you can but tea, coffee or wine at the reception. The breakfast is ok but the bread was dry and the fresh fruit was past its best. If you like coffee, it's strong. Definitely recommend.
