Panda Express - Palm Springs

We come to this Panda specifically for two reasons: The food is excellent and the server named Marlen is always very kind to our daughter. She goes above and beyond in her customer service and is the reason why we choose to visit this Panda rather than going to the one closest to us. Thank you for creating an excellent experience for us Marlen.

Went to this location for lunch on a Monday at around 1:00pm and it was very busy.The key around waiting in line is ordering on the app.But for some reason you can't add a fountain drink at this location when ordering a meal deal. Weird glitch. Please fix it.The order I placed was ready on time.Everyone on the staff was VERY BUSY and kept the line moving quickly. The kitchen team really hustled and kept all the food well stocked and fresh.I had the black pepper chicken and thought it was great. Steamed rice and chow mein sides and they too were great!Generous portions of each all around for the bowl I ordered. I was pleasantly full after my lunch.The volume level at this location is medium to noisy. If you're looking for a quiet place to eat, I wouldn't choose this place. Regardless of noise level, it's very clean, with sufficient seating. Clean restroom. No outdoor seating. No drive through. Plenty of free parking.Great location for a quick tasty meal.Parking: Located within a big retail development with lots of food and shopping options and a huge, free parking lot.

This location was once pretty good. Not the case any longer. Ordered online and got the message the order was ready, come get it while it is hot. I was actually sitting at the restaurant when the text arrived. The order was not ready, so I waited. When I got the order home (only a short distance to travel), the food was cold, and all four items tasted exactly the same. None of it was very good. I was hungry, so I ate what I could. The two stars are only because the guy at the counter apologized for the wait. Will not be visiting this location again.
