Norma's Parker Palm Springs

All in all it was solidly Norma's, which is always a good experience. But this time the servers had to really work to compensate for the absence of the bartender and some of the key ingredients for various meals and at least one brunch drink. Fortunately, they did and that which could have been a lesser experience was made a good one

Great staff and food found it literally while just driving around by chance and was told we needed a reservation so we pulled out of the lot booked a reservation and drove right back in lol

Everything was phenomenal from the very first person who greeted us to every single server. Our waiter was Jose and he was perfection. Thank you

Loved the restaurant and staff. However I visited hotel to dine at there restaurant and they did not allow me to experience outside ambience. They claimed it was only for guests. Why allow me to dine in your restaurant? I expected much more of an abundant welcoming experience
