Jwb - Palm Springs

The service started well, but it all went downhill once our entrees arrived. We didn't receive any water refills or offers for a second cocktail. When I ordered dessert to take back to our room, I waited 15 minutes for a piece of key lime pie that looked like it came straight from a box, tossed into a to-go container with a few bruised berries. I definitely wouldn't return for a second visit. They were out of both the catch of the day and the salmon, and there were very few appetizers available that didn’t contain seafood. For $125, we only got two salads with meat, a cheeseburger, two beers, a cocktail, and a small piece of key lime pie. I would only recommend this place if you have no other options.

Got seated at 630, food not available until 8pm. Repeatedly asked for foods or appetizers, but we’re told the kitchen was understaffed. Waiter said “I get it’s really bad, so just take it out of my tip” given he was the only one working multiple tables that didn’t seem fair or reasonable. The food was actually good and well cooked when it eventually arrived. Had to get the last dish to go… Of note they did not offer to comp anything and billed fully. Wouldn’t recommend. If you’re at the hotel there are some really good and staffed) restaurants within a mile, it’s worth the drive .

Our evening began on a disappointing note when I discovered that my OpenTable reservation had been canceled, something I definitely did not do. I was informed that a staff member may have accidentally canceled it. Fortunately, they were able to seat us at a table outside. We were served water, and the waitress took our cocktail orders, which arrived in a reasonable timeframe. For our meals, we each ordered hamburgers, but it took 45 minutes for them to arrive. While the burgers were good, they didn't impress for the price of $22. Additionally, a vodka martini made with house vodka cost $14. The reason we chose this restaurant was that we were attending a show there, but the experience has made us hesitant to return in the near future. There are numerous better dining options nearby to consider before heading to a show at Margaritaville.

The food was unremarkable and the service was quite slow.

I had a wonderful Christmas eve dinner! All the staff were very polite and friendly
