Blue Coyote Grill - Palm Springs

Great Mexican food with many flavorful and innovative entrees. The outdoor patio is shaded and has misters and offers a great dining venue fountains, music and more.

The waiters were friendly and the ambiance was very nice. However, the food portions were very large and it tasted mediocre. Also, the bathroom sink didn’t work. Overall, a nice experience and great service, but okay food.

The good: 1. Amazing atmosphere. Perfect for hanging out with friends. The decor was great 2. The Trio de brochetas was a good meal. 3. The coffee was actually a highlight of my time there. Smooth and strong. The bad: 1. The server was a little pushy as if we were rushed to order. 2. The fajita was terrible! No flavor whatsoever. Not even when I added three packets of salt to it. For something to be so highly priced I was very underwhelmed. I probably should have sent it back. 3. The pricing for everything is ridiculous. I guess you pay for the decor of the place because the food and service was worse than a taco stand.

Was very disappointed. The service was abysmal our waiter came to the table a total of 4 times to take our drink order, take our food order, and then bring the check and cards after. The check was very duplicitous; the tip was already included on the split check, but the main check wasn’t shown, so that was not made clear. Steer clear of this place if you want good service and good food. There are many other choices that will provide good food and MUCH better service.

Best mahi tacos ever, the fish portion size is huge! The blue coyote Margarita is incredible! It will make you cry! Very authentic!
