Wingstop - Palm Harbor

Called the store for a pick up order and was told 10 minutes. I go to the store 10 minutes later and they tell me another 10 minutes. (no big deal) I go back out to my car and wait then go back in to find they made bone in when i ordered boneless. Theysaid it will be 6 minutes for the boneless. Then i?m waiting in the dining room for them when they tell me the total and i say ialready payed. The lady goes back and fourth with me telling me i didn?t pay. Like really?! The manager was snarky telling meeverything?s fine, like yes i know it?s fine. I?ve worked in a restaurant for 6 years I understand mistakes happen but no needto be rude. *10 min later still no wings* *sigh*

I have been eating Wingstop since 2008 when I lived in a different city. I was very excited to have a Wingstop opening in our area. However, this location has not been consistent. Although I'm very thorough when placing my order and repeating theimportance of how I like my fries prepared (well done) I end up needing to return them to the staff to have them corrected everysingle time. Recently, the employee put so much seasoning on the fries that I couldn't eat them without taking the napkin andwiping every single french fry. I decided not to bring this to their attention because they had already messed up our wings thatwere supposed to be tenders. The last thing that contributed to me reconsidering patronizing this location was on the samevisit, we intended to carry out but when we arrived to the restaurant decided to stay and eat. We ordered a family meal andalthough we prefer to have water as much as we can, I can also admit that we have a preference on this (water brand). So wepreferred to have the water from the fountain machine. When I asked, I was told that water cups are not given.

Went for chicken sandwich. Staff was great, very attentive and helpful, but took some time to get sandwich. I was on an hour lunch and didn't have time to finish my food. Fries were EXCELLENT, maybe the best flavor fries you can buy. Sandwich wasdisappointing, great buns, decent flavor options and I loved the pickles, but thin pressed greasy chicken patty was a failurein my opinion. Loved the atmosphere, staff, soda options, and flavors. I really wanted to love the sandwich but, no!

If you like to get your food order for wrong, show up early for your order, only to get cold food, I highly recommend. I had to put the fries in the microwave just to eat them. Otherwise, I have made my one and only visit to Wingstop in Palm Harbor.

I have been in the new PH location several times since they opened. I enjoyed my order every time. The lemon pepper is my favorite rub and my order is always ready for pick up on time. The management and staff are very friendly and accommodating nomatter what time of day or night. The restaurant itself is clean and neat with good parking. I love the specials too!!
