Fatty's Fish Shack - Palm Harbor

Barfly grill and pub in Palm harbor I stopped in there probably around 6:00 p.m. the quesadillas I ordered with chicken was very fresh and good. The service was friendly and fast. Looking forward to getting some kind of seafood there in the near future.

What happened to Barfly? I took friends from out of town to eat and watch the music. they've turned the patio into a no-mans zone with no tables and zero service. they've lined up the chairs so there's no way to sit and chat with your friends. if you want drinks you have to shlep to the bar, order and pay and tote them back. forget about eating food out of your lap. We felt unwanted and unwelcome. What a disappointment! We left, went next door to Thirsty's. They actually had tables and chairs out by the band, service AND FOOD! lol I'll be back when Barfly sorts out that cluster@ on the patio.

Bar Fly always has amazing food and service! Gabby is our favorite server. We also love it when Jesse Ray Stout plays. He is so talented. We appreciate that Bar Fly doesn't sensor him and allows the right to free speech! We are local and frequent Bar Fly but usually when Jesse is playing.

We love Tuesday when Greg West is playing- he draws the most friendly interesting people. The food is good and service is fast when your thirsty. Favorite food on menu is chicken nachos

YUM The food was amazing! We got the fish dip for an app and it was so good! Had a great smoked flavor and they gave you an abundance of items to dip with. My hubby got the jumbo shrimp bucket tossed in the old bay seasoning and raved about them! They were cooked perfectly, very white and juicy. I was not supper hungry so I got the coconut shrimp appetizer for my meal and they may have been the best coconut shrimp I 've had and the dipping sauce it came with was the perfect sweet heat flavor. My only negatives were that we received a strawberry daiquiri and a piña colada (we had just left the beach so we wanted to keep the vibe going), but they were not good at all and I honestly don 't think there was much, if any, alcohol in them. Also, one of the bartenders was awful! She literally cut me off mid sentence, while trying to order a cider, to speak to two guys (who seemed to be regulars) and then never came back??? Thankfully that was towards the end of our meal because it really ticked me off. However, besides that the food was amazing and the other bartender was very helpful!!
