Omri Go Med - Palm Desert

We all ordered salads and appetizers, and my Israeli salad was excellent. My girlfriend had the cucumber and shrimp salad, which was also fantastic. For the main course, I ordered a massive skirt steak that was the best I've ever had. My girlfriend and her partner had the sea bass, while my friend opted for the lamb chops, which he said were the best he had ever tasted. We also ordered a second bottle of wine, which I can’t recall the name of, but it was another unique Pinot I had never encountered before. Later in the evening, Chef Omri came to our table, and we had a great conversation with him. All in all, it was an unforgettable experience. This place truly exceeded my expectations!

The servers here are attentive, knowledgeable, and truly passionate about the dishes they serve. Many staff members have been with Chef Omri Siklai for years and are well-equipped to explain the menu in detail. They're also eager to help with pairing recommendations. Although it can get a bit noisy due to the size of the space, the experience is an incredible culinary adventure not to be missed by genuine food lovers. I had the chef's special, cobia, and it was the best I've ever tasted. Each night, there are up to six different main dishes available from the menu, making the options excellent and outstanding!
