My daughter had a good time today on March 4 ,2024 for her birthday It was 12:45/ 1pm and the lady working the register was so kind I wish I got her name ? she took the time to show me different deals to help suit my family I truly felt like I got a bang for my buck and my kids had a time good customer service matters and it was appreciated ? we will be back just because of that ?me and my family felt welcomed

The food and games were good but it was extremely hot there, like there wasn't any ac, and it was packed with people, and they needed more kid rules in places they were on the machines and cutting in on other people

I would put a zero if I could. I waited over 30 minutes for onnnnneee pizza so I went to ask. She said I had to wait another 30 more minutes. She said there were parties and I had to wait for them to get their pizzas first. One of the other employees laughed. I said I wanted my money back I was not going to wait for the party guests to get their pizzas. Thats rediculous. So if you dont reserve for a party your are not priority. So unprofessional. Waste your money somewhere else.

My wife and I said no more!. Never again will we go here. It 's way too expensive now. It just doesn 't seem right for an overpriced pizza and game play.
