Carl's Jr. - Palm Desert

The food and service were both good, but it was frustrating to access the shopping center where the restaurant is located. The long street lights and difficult navigation through the parking lot made it a challenge to drive through.

I believe the staff should be able to communicate in English while working in public. As a Hispanic person, I find it disrespectful to speak loudly in a language other than English when on the company's time and interacting with customers. The burger was overly sauced and soggy, as were the fries. This occurred at around 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 5th.

The service at Carl's Jr. is excellent. Despite the busy highway traffic and slow workers, the food and drinks are delicious and the lines are usually short.

Tasty! Wasn't over cooked either like my last few experiences at other Carl's (not this one). And they do lettuce wraps well too! Super clean as well.

Every time I have came here they've been very very nice and good to me baby let me kick back for a little bit and I'm done eating very nice
