Texas Roadhouse - Palm Coast

Went to dine in for dinner the server whose name was Johnny was absolutely amazing super friendly very helpful and the busser which is a guy was absolutely awesome too definitely will come back and hopefully they'll always help us whoever hired them did a great job cuz I've been to restaurants where service is not so great but they make you feel welcome definitely will be back

Need better servicers. Had to ask for everything. The servicer didn 't come to check on our tables often to see if we need more drinks, butter, and bread. It took forever to bring out the salad that was ordered. Then, when the servicer brought the check. We put cash down. They were quick to say, Do they need to bring back the change? Boy, they got Nerv.

The place was amazing when they first opened, we’ve noticed over the months that the service has definitely been lacking, maybe that’s me being bias from being a server in the past…. So we’ve stopped going in to eat and started ordering to go. That brings the next issue of the quality of the steaks is a hit and miss. I always type in the note to please make sure the steaks are cooked correctly. We order well done and medium every friday. Seems like more often than not the well done is either burnt or a medium and the medium is extra extra rare. And I don’t mind mid-rare I just don’t want to have to chase my food around the plate to eat it. Overall, they are better than outback so stick with the lesser of the two evils If you want a good steak.

Steak was flavored well and tender. Loved the potato skin appetizers and the bread was so fresh. Lou was a good waiter.

I been a going at Texas Roadhouse for a very long time and always its been great. but the last time I been at this location I had a terrible experience. I hope someone see this and take some action.my waitress name was TRACYI order 12oz Ribeye with ribs welldoneand 12oz Ribeye with shrimp welldonethe order took forever to arrivethe table next to me got the after me and their order got there first and they even finished eating and then my order finally arrivedwhen it finally arrived it was extremely oiling dry and warm. It feels like it was actually done a while ago and they forgot to bring to the table and they re-heat itand Tracy when brought it on the table even said it was "extremely hot "I started eat and after few bites couldn 't eatI left it on the table, and Tracey came to ask what was wrong, and then I explained all it to her. She sit on the chair next to me and said that was normal because I ordered well done.I said I always order that way and was supposed to come more juicy and tender because it was a ribeye, and told her I also do it at home all the timeshe call the manager, and in the meantime she asked me if I was a chef and if I know how to cook.conclusion: I had a really bad experience, the waitress was very unprofessional
