Sonny's Bbq - Palm Coast

I had baby back ribs, burnt to a crisp , no flavor. partner had brisket of beef, I called it brisket of fat. She picked around the plate, asked me if I wanted to take home, pulled a large chunk of fat from her plate and had to decline her offer. Cole slaw was very good. Will not go back too soon. Possibly try again in a year or so, Heh you never know. Think management is skimping on quality to make more profit in these hard time, neglecting the fact may lose customers this way. Just Sayin.....

This was the absolute worst dinner I've ever been served at Sonny's. The plate had 2 kinds of meat: sliced turkey and pulled pork. The turkey was so thin and dry is looked like folded paper. The pulled pork was dry and with numerous hard, dry pieces. It was hard to believe a manager would allow a plate like to leave the kitchen. The waitress was OK, but not very friendly or enthusiastic...also a sign of poor management! I complained about the turkey and I was brought another plate of totally different quality of meat. This time the sliced turkey was moist and sliced thicker. Couldn't help but to think I was being served leftovers from lunch!

Great choice for dinner. Picked it up to go on the way home. Ordered pulled chicken, pulled pork, BBQ beans, Mac and cheese, potato salad, cornbread/garlic bread and some banana pudding. It was a meal deal. The sweet tea is good, too! Everything tasted on point. I tried the sweet sauce and the mild. Sweet was best. Everyone who ate liked it. No complaints. Manager was super nice and helpful. I signed up for their Q club as states online you get $5 off and extras like birthday rewards. It didn’t give me my reward so when asked about it the manager honored it no questions asked. They didn’t seem aware of the club but maybe they are aware now. So thank you for dinner, great customer service and for honoring your reward invisibility ????

Always have a great experience here. Love the AYCE ribs and well priced at $20! Ribs have great flavor, seasoned well, tender too! Juicy and tasty. Always consistent here
