Mcdonald's - Palm Coast

Terrible. twice before I had to call the load from the drive Thru runway to see if I could get a service. tonight the same: no service in the far drive thru. I go around the load and go to the other track; then, when I tell them they need to hand a closed sign on the far away, the employee closes the communication completely (no excuse, no order taken) after indicating that I have no warning about what I am talking about. as if I didn't just sit there and saw three more cars going through before me while I didn't get a service. I'll never, ever run a single cent on this bad run.

Ordered online and picked up in drive thru, order was verified and we had our order quickly. No complaints.

Most of the time this location is lacking something. But a couple of days ago the manager Jeffrey made it a 10 star experience. He went above and beyond to make our experience a much better one. That man is a keeper and should be recognized.

ALWAYS good Food, correct orders even To Go, and everyone is pleasant Even on Extremely Stressful Rush Hours. I so prefer to be a customer at this McDonald's near I-95 vs the one west on Moody Blvd in front of Target in Palm Coast, FL I truly can say they are quality with excellent customer service . So if you are traveling through Flagler Beach FL on I-95 be sure to stop there and with a smile yourself. For a courteous smiling customer is so much funner to be around. Thank you

Placed order at Drive-Thru, but queried them on any deals on French Fries (Dollar Menu or Otherwise) ... Nope, we aren't offering anything .. wasn't happy paying $2.29 for a small Fry. Trouble is, when I got home, the McDonald's website offers a once per day $1.00 Deal, on a Large French Fry. Too bad this McDonalds is so wrapped up in their profits that they can't pass the offer on to their Drive-Thru customers. Note: I won't bother mentioning that both Quarter Pounders we ordered both looked and tasted burnt and were as dry as they looked.
