Cinnamon Beach Grill - Palm Coast

We loved the beach and pool, and the condo could have been great but found the service lacking when something went wrong. There was hair on the wall and a clogged drain our first night. Then the hot water was gone after one bath and didn’t come back. We asked them to fix it when they came, and they “did”—but then it went out again. They fixed it against, It worked for a little while (like half a day), then disappeared again and wouldn’t come back even after hours to let the tank refill and then we were stuck. They said they’d “make it right” after ward but completely ghosted us when we asked that the refund a small portion of the stay and wouldn’t not respond further. Not even a polite decline of the offered resolution. Disappointing.

Stayed in building 600. The condo was very nice with a beautiful view of the ocean from the large balcony. Recommend water shoes. Beach is covered with tiny broken shells. Look out for large rocks which also may be under the waves.

Very clean, decor was beautiful, very quite and relaxing, kitchen was wonderfully stocked, only thing was a long walk to pool and beach, need a guest golf cart to use !! A distance to drive to go out to eat , but very nice stay ! Weather was perfect, will stay again

Great Surfside diner. Highly recommend if you are in the area.

The service is great and the food is amazing. They have the best burger around and the chips and fries are delicious.
