I've reached out multiple times to both the local store and the district office, who followed up with me, yet all I receive is the standard apology, and nothing seems to change. Just this week, my order was missing the milkshakes, which were the main items I had ordered. How can such a crucial item be overlooked? I've noticed one common element with these orders: a driver named Raymond is always involved. Is he not double-checking the orders, or is there another reason for the consistent oversights? Regardless of the cause, this issue needs to be addressed by management. Right now, I feel ignored, as if no one at the store truly cares. I've given this location multiple chances to correct their mistakes. I'm not looking for more free coupons every time there's a problem—I want to see real changes. This is about leadership; it's time for action or accountability. Sadly, my rating for the Palm Coast store has dropped from five stars to one.
They didn't take our order correctly and made us wait in line for 10 minutes. We ordered two 8-piece grilled nugget meals and one extra 8-piece, yet it felt like we were being punished for their mistake. Meanwhile, everyone else was being served quickly.
I had a pleasant early lunch just two days after Hurricane Ian passed through. The restaurant was, as always, very clean, and the staff worked hard to ensure a great experience, which is commendable in the fast food industry! The waffle fries were hot and fresh, and the Diet Coke along with my ½ sweet, ½ unsweet tea were both delicious (the drinks here are consistently good). I decided to try the spicy grilled chicken sandwich; however, it didn't quite meet the high standard typically expected from Chick-fil-A. The bun was a bit dry, and the chicken breast was smaller than usual and only warm, not hot. Despite this, I’m still giving the restaurant a solid 5 stars for its food and staff, based on many previous visits where I’ve enjoyed consistently good food and excellent service.
I had my mobile app already when I pulled into the drive-through lane. The young lady attending, greeted me with that commonly friendly response from Chick-fil-A employees. She promptly confirmed my order, and I continued towards the pick up windowwithout delay. It?s rare that any item requested is overlooked?. We missed the ketchup, but No big deal. I had a promo codefor a free deluxe spicy chicken sandwich. It was very good and very spicy with a large sweet tea and a large order of wafflefries. No pictures this time. 4.8 stars ????
It's CFA so you know what you're getting when you go there. Good food and friendly service. They made me a regular chicken sandwich instead of the deluxe one but they didn't charge me extra for it so it's not that big of a deal. Parking lot felt alittle cramped.
