Anna's Pizza - Palm City

Came in excited about trying a new pizza place! Reviews look good. Ordered two pizzas to go. Was supposed to take about 30 minutes which was fine I waited in the lobby. Another person came in and ordered a pizza. During that time one of the staff went home for the day. She was the one that had taken our order. there were two more in the kitchen. I saw a pizzas coming out of the oven and figured it was ours but they only called him and the others they put up on top of the pizza oven. Since they had called him I was waiting for them to call us as we were the only people in the restaurant. 15 minutes later other people are coming in and I ask the lady if my pizzas are coming out soon. Turns out they didn't call me and my pizzas were sitting there for 15 minutes cold on the top of the pizza oven if I hatten said anything I probably would still be sitting there. very unprofessional as we were the only ones in the restaurant. Was very pissed. With all that being said the pizza is good. Just make sure you keep up with your own orders and don't expect the staff to keep up with them.

O M G!!! In my opinion Anna’s Original is the BEST pizza around. I think all of the ingredients are very good quality which makes the whole pizza AMAZING!!!!! Yum!

I updated my previous review and, rather than change the content, I simply removed it and adjusted my rating from 1 star to 3 stars. I plan to bring it up to 5 stars after a few more hassle-free visits. You didn’t respond to my earlier review, which would have clarified the issue I had. The problem stemmed from someone being upset with me for not tipping on a pickup order, which led me to give a 1-star rating. I have no complaints about the food; it's excellent. However, I won’t be tipping on a pickup order, and if I encounter any attitude, I’ll respond in kind. I’m happy to tip 20% if I’m being served at the table or if someone is delivering to me. I'm just getting a bit tired of everyone asking for tips.

This was the best meal I've ever had! I can't believe we waited so long to visit this place.

This is the best pizza in Martin County, but surprisingly, the pizza isn't the standout dish. The pasta, meatballs, and calzones are all fantastic! I really love everything on the menu. Just a heads-up: make sure to bring cash, as that's the only downside.
