Panera Bread - Palm Beach Gardens

Good attention. everything is clean. the food is delicious and the coffee is of the highest quality. the half crowded for a weekday, which is pleasant as they are not alone to enjoy. to spend an hour in panera, its mood for the rest of the day changes

I just ordered an salate. Fugi apple, obviously, this salate was prepared and stored, as the salate appears from the old and or freeze. there were no discs. I had no time to give it back because I'm at work. never again.

They know the place: good food and drinks. I wish they would keep the front doors clean (yucky! . have you ever heard of curb appeal? the same applies to all their business. they have to try stainless steel.

From the moment I raised this panera, it had to act together. they called me to let me know that my great order (25 30ppl) would be a few minutes behind. they could actually get it out in time. the manager assistant abigail p. was super! the order was not missing a single part and there were many serviettes, teller, utensilien in the bags before I even asked. stars panera brot!

The food was delicious. However, after only one bite of my sandwich, I felt something in my throat. I kept eating and drinking, hoping to push it down. That did not work, it was stuck like a splinter in the lining of my throat. I was at work so I quickly went to the restroom to try and force it out by gagging, and eventually throwing up everything I just ate. That did not get it out either. I finally actually was able to take a look in the mirror and I could see that it was white and about an inch long. I tried to reach in and grab it but could not. I had to work the rest of my shift with this thing stuck in my throat, feeling it every time I swallowed or spoke with clients. Finally, when I got home, I had my partner go in with tweezers and pull it out. Lo and behold, it was a FINGER NAIL. I don’t bite my nails, so it was not mine. It was in the sandwich. I cannot believe this was allowed to happen. Will likely never visit a Panera ever again, due to this experience and of course having a friend who has worked there and knows that literally nothing is made fresh. I will also be reaching out to corporate for a refund. Disgusting.
