Seriously, if you're a vegan, you should check this place. I've been vegan for 13 years and have been a young teenager ever since. Many management changes since then, but the new food manager is HOOKING IT UP FOR VEGANS with prepared vegan options. They are open to proposals for brands and food products. Come on, give this place some business, so we can all have more great vegan goodies. I work to get more prepared items, vegan wings on sugar cane bones, vegan handmade cheese/meat and fresh baked goods as well as local stuff (vegan friends from Miami and more locally). Sushi, chicken, healthy raw options too! Get your vegan ass here!

Here I get many raw materials, herbs, essential oils, fruits and vegetables.

All organic products that look quite fresh. Very friendly and helpful staff, even reminded me a month after my first visit. Just back. The prices are higher than the local Whole Foods, but I am pleased to pay it to support this local landlord shop. You have great conversations and events. Samples, free tea, free coffee and free green juice!
