Stop saying This is the closest to NY Pizza. If this is NY Pizza, I want to know what you're talking about... Plattsburgh or maybe Poughkeepsie???? DiGiorno is closer to NY Pizza than this place. Cafeteria Pizza would give this place a run for the money.

We always have a great experience with Lutinas! From lunch specialty to dinner on the way home, Lutina is our destination.

The low rating is for unscrupulous business practices. They signed an agreement with the Save Around coupon book and now state they are no longer honoring the coupons because the menu is changing. Unless they are switching from pizza to burgers, that's a sorry excuse for breaking a signed agreement. I see an older review for rejection of the coupon, but for a different reason. The flavor of the pizza is good despite a weird after taste, but consumers should think twice before giving their money to a business with unscrupulous business practices, especially since these books are used to raise money for schools and childrens' activities. Very scummy thing to do that ultimately negatively affects kids.
