Limoncello - Palm Beach Gardens

I went to Limoncello restaurant for dinner on Friday, October 30, 2023. I made my reservation on open table. Open table sent me a confirmation e mail prior to my visit. In that e mail there was a button to press to view their menus. I clicked the wine list button. Upon reviewing their wine selections there was a posting informing me that their corkage charge would be $25.00. Know that I was aware of the restaurant policy regarding corkage I decided to bring a bottle of wine with me to dinner pay the $25 corkage charge. The bill was presented and the corkage charge was listed at $40. I explained to the waiter that this was a mistake and I showed him the Open table page indicating a $25 corkage per bottle fee. The waiter didn't know what to do so he called over a manager who also didn't know what to do. He called over Nina, the general manager. I explained to Nina what happened and showed her the open table , Limoncello menu indicating $25. She said the open table corkage fee was wrong and last month it was increased to $40 but nobody bothered to update the page I was viewing. I said that I decided to bring in my bottle based on the $25. If the fee had changed I would pay the $25 now and next time I will pay $40. She said no, I must pay the $40. Nina would not listen to reason. She was very un professional , rude, condescending and made us feel uncomfortable. Nina should not be a general manager in a restaurant and certainly should not be allowed to interact with customers. As the general manager it is her responsibility to update the open table link. If she didn't update the link it was her error and she needs to own up to her mistake and apologize to the customer. Then charge the $25 posted corkage charge. If Nina doesn't like interacting with her customers in a civil, professional manner she should seek a different career path. Save your money and choose another restaurant to dine in where the management values a customer.

Terrible Italian restaurant. I saw insects crawling on the floor. Should close this place immediately. Limoncello is a disgrace to Florida. They need to go back North with the rest of them that come down here.

Took my mother for the 1st time after bragging about this restaurant for years but unfortunately the food and service was horrible . Long wait , poor service and under average food comparing too the service received prior . Very sad

Our waiter was excellent. Lasagna was superb. The atmosphere was perfect. I will definitely go back again and tell everyone that they should try eating here as well! Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–50 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Reservation was at 7:15 no appetizers but one soup dinner came out at 8:45 it was horrible the bolognese was dry and dark so old and reheated !!! the veal parmigiana was all breadcrumb and little veal the side pasta was so dry you can use it as drywall filler.... the service was horrendous and we spoke to the manager and he did nothing .... Pathetic we will never go back and have been there quite often WHAT HAPPENED?????
