Ebisu Japanese - Palm Beach Gardens

My boyfriend and I are visiting from southern California. We've had top tier sushi at Michelin guide restaurants. We stumbled upon this place and have never had as good of salmon sashimi as this place. If you go, you must order salmon, scallop, and yellowtail sashimi. You won't regret it!! 10/10 The service was great as well! Don't judge a book by it's cover!

I loved everything about this place from the menu to the ambiance and service but the meal I got, I tried, but it was tasteless and not appetizing. I kept saying it'll get better but it just didn't. I ordered a $17 teriyaki chicken lunch box my opinion definitely not worth it : maybe I'll try again at dinner?

Service is amazing in this place. Food is good and authentic Japanese food. Worth the hype. Ambiance is cozy and small just right. recommend

Sorry. Smallest pieces of eel and tuna sushi I have ever seen. Salmon dry and over cooked. Miso soup was very good. All in all. Very dissapointing.
