Chili's - Palm Beach Gardens

The service from our waitress was subpar, as she denied me further drinks after just three martinis. Additionally, the staff made me feel rushed to leave and were unwilling to provide me with the GM's contact information. There may have been hints of homophobia present in their behavior.

This restaurant engages in deceptive practices by not properly valuing gift cards at pickup, leading customers to believe they need to pay more. This tactic allows the restaurant to make extra money and the staff to earn more in tips unfairly. I will not be ordering from them again and will share this negative experience widely. I encountered a naive individual at curbside pickup who was also deceived. I hope this establishment faces consequences for their unethical behavior. Customers should be cautious of fast-talking staff members trying to take advantage of them.

Can't beat the $3 for $10 deal. I had a soda, salad and grilled chicken with black beans and coleslaw all for $10. Clean, good service and tasty food.

I must say without a doubt, this is the Chili's you need to visit! Trish is the top bartender in town! I will definitely be visiting this location more frequently due to her exceptional service! Thank you!

I was hesitant due to complications with pandemic but i was quite impressed. Very smart about seating. Staff was covering faces with masks. NFL games, great food, kind and attentive staff. I pretty much can't say a bad thing here. Definitely a place to visit during the trying pandemic. There doing it right here.
