Pho Viet 2 - Palm Bay

The food was good, but the spicy beef soup and crispy egg rolls weren't as flavorful as those from Pho Viet on 192 and Wickham; they missed a bit of taste. For instance, the broth was somewhat watery and lacked depth, though it was still enjoyable. The service was quick, prompt, and friendly. I would definitely eat here again, but I hope the owners will work on bringing the quality up to match that of their original restaurant. I have an update: I had the lemongrass chicken and beef short ribs today, and my feedback remains the same.

I live near Pho Viet One and Pho Viet Two, but I prefer Pho Viet Two. The broth is delicious, and I really enjoy all of their other dishes as well.

I've visited this restaurant twice, and both times they were closed during their advertised business hours. I tried to have dinner on Monday at 6:45 PM, but the door was locked, and there was a sign indicating that they were open from 9 AM to 9 PM on Mondays. Don't rely on the business hours listed online or on the door. I don't think I'll bother trying a third time.

I just ate lunch here on Friday with a group of coworkers. It is a small place but there was plenty of room for our group at a large table. The food was quite tasty and is pretty authentic by comparison to many other Asian restaurants in the area. The service was pretty good as well. I will definitely be going back again in the future. It is now on my list of great Asian restaurants here in Melbourne.

Absolutely Delicious, lunch break, Dinner or Date night! Must stop by and take a taste for yourself, you won't be disappointed. ??
