The cook was cooking all the other rumors next to mine. Ridiculous! Not even a free drink for waiting. They had several other people who ordered what they did and they left. Just terrible!
In recent months, I have bought meals for my family at least once a week, since we have moved to the area, and the quality of the food has gradually become worse. Of the four people eating, there is always at least one problem with two people meals. The quality of food is everywhere. More often than not, there is too much bread and not enough actual chicken or beef on objects, and in some cases about half of a two-row meal will be only bread, or fit, sinus or cartilage from inferior cuts. The Chow my and fried rice always have too many vegetables in them, there is never a brown rice option, and the white rice is either always too hard or too soft. We're not picky food. Apparently we eat overpriced American dishes, so we are not so demanding. We understand that fast food should be convenient and not always high quality, but week after week the food has become worse and worse. Today was the last straw where the orange chicken was nothing but hard bread and what seemed to cartilage with little meat, and the fried rice was about 75% vegetables. We not only have a legitimate fit after a handful of mistakes, we decided to be patient and with several attempts to provide a satisfactory experience and this place has consistently failed. We won't come back.
I've never left a review with If I couldn't leave stars, I would, but here we are. Congratulations, Panda Express. I came through her drive thru while it was busy, so usually you would think that the food would be good and fresh. It was hot, but nothing tasted right, so I returned to the store, went in and just asked for a refund. The person who helped me said he had to advise a manager about my complaint, went to the drive thru window and went to talk to someone. He came back and sent only messages, no manager ever came to us. Then another employee came and said there was no manager available to do my refund, but wrote information about my receipt for a refund and told me the next day when a manager was in service. I'm disabled, pretty honest, that's a lot of back and forth for a $25 refund. I came back the following day and spoke to a manager who said he needed a number of receipts that were not visible so he needed to contact the home office to complete the return, but he would call me when he was finished. 4 days later! There's no return yet, and I call the store and fix the situation. The person on the phone tells me that my receipt is right there in the office and they made the return. You don't, and I let him know there was no return on my account. He says he calls me back, but never. When I call, nobody answers. When I get in there, no manager is in service. Panda Express must be pretty desperate for $25. Yall can have it, but your business is bs and your management and staff are garbage as well. No customer service capabilities at all. Simply close it and make online order only, which is about the ambience you project anyway. Whenever I went back to the store, we would stand there and wait for at least 5 minutes straight while everyone totally ignores us and for the ride thru. Not a look, a smile, we will be with you or a GFY. NOTE. 10/10 absolutely not recommend, nor will I return. If you love orange chicken, visit Hop Bo on Palm Bay street west of 95.
I love this place. They are always friendly and with a smile. To eat one of our favorite places. It was not the case before, but they have recently improved their services.
Food was good. Service started off non existent. I was the only only one in the restaurant at about 8:30pm. I was not even greeted or acknowledged. There was an employee right across the ordering counter from me and others packing up by the food prep, others in lobby cleaning. I had to ask the lady at the ordering counter if they were closed because it didn't appear anyone wanted to serve me. I had a van full of hungry kids that wanted this kind of food so I remained and I proceeded to ask for the family platter. It was an odd encounter at best. The food was good. Service improved as the order proceeded but it shouldn't be that way.
