Contribuiți la feedbackMy first time here:The food wasn’t “terrible” but the customer service was appalling…Just simply asking questions over the phone to place an order as a first (LAST TIME) customer, i've never felt more disrespected just by asking what sizes of pizza they had.“What you didn’t already see it on our website??” no… that’s why i’m calling.Let alone the customer service in person was even worse, eye rolling and attitude to the MAX just because I had asked if there was marinara sauce in the box. Not to mention…. those were disgusting.Anyways point being, I would rather get a $5 pizza from little caesars (that’s saying a lot).And no I would not like a response back in regards to my review… this is DEFINITELY the correct location. Just wanted people to be aware not to waste their money nor time at this establishment. ?
Good food and quick service. Good area to dine in as well. The lunch specials are excellent deals and very filling for one person.Only thing is they charge you a fee for using debit/credit. I understand small businesses cannot get banking deals as good as major companies can get, but most businesses, big or small, don't offload those fees onto their customers.
The pizza came recommended from coworkers much much better than Palermo's or wagon wheel nearly the best pizza I've had in
Cash only . They don't tell u that or have sings up saying that. Then when u go to pay with a card they yell at you saying u wasted there time
I have been a patron of this establishment for YEARS, every week I go to get a slice but today I was admonished by MIKE who was behind the counter, whom I have never seen before, usually there is a young man behind the counter but not today. MIKE was an older gentleman who looks like a large Mario from the Mario brothers. I was literally the ONLY customer in the dining area when MIKE tells me that they don 't allow outside food or drinks. I was stunned due to being a weekly visitor being talked to like this. My can of sparkling water is not offered at Bizzarro 's and I do not drink soda, period. My can was unopened and again, I was the only customer in the dining area. I had placed my order at the front before MIKE yelled at me for bringing in my choice of refreshment, one that they don 't offer. He was barking that its company policy not to allow outside drinks in the dining area. I told him I come in once a week with my sparkling water and NOBODY has EVER said ANYTHING to me about it ! He said, I guess the other people that work here are nice I agreed with him. After he yelled at me and I was not able to enjoy my lunch break in their VACANT dining area, I CANCELLED MY ORDER after he terrorized me for not knowing their company policy Bad customer service is a company policy, I guess. Too badhe couldn 't have just given me a warning, like, don 't go to Bizzarros 's when he 's on the clock. I will NEVER go to Bizzarro 's again. I 'll just start going to Pizza Hut.Do customers really inventory what Bizzarro 's has to offer for drinks and then when they see my drink, complain to the operators ? Is this really a huge problem for pizza joints ?
