Shaburo - Palisades Park

Can't believe I haven't reviewed this place yet. For probably over a year or two I have been coming to this place religiously once a week. The price, quality and service are always good. This is definitely a choose your own adventure meal, it can be as unhealthy or as healthy as you want it to be. There's variety in the broths and meats/seafood. You can also go straight up vegan. It's also all you can eat. Definitely come here

This was my first time at this type of AYCE hot pot restaurant. Specifically the buffet style and I really enjoyed it. There was a good variety of broth to choose from but the buffet selection really made it worth the visit , so many different veggies and dumplings and fish cakes and sauces. It was kinda exciting lol. The service was good our waitress took the time to explain everything to us.I do feel they took a bit of time to refill our broth but it wasn't too too long. The decor was simple but definitely instagramable. I left there full and satisfied. I even grabbed a peach ade from them that was delicious. I would definitely return

The food was pretty good and nice quality. The vegetables are laid out buffet style as well as the sauces and were good. Service was great with our large group. I was quite surprised by the tomato broth because it was a bit too spicy for my liking. I'm used to the Chinese tomato broth where it's more on the sweeter side. Tables are bit tight...

Really great hot pot place! Tons of meat veggie and side options available along with good selection of broths (my favorite is Chinese Mala). On top of standard hot pot, they offer drinks like bubble tea and smoothies (extra cost) two different soft serve ice cream machines (included in AYCE). Highly recommend trying the vanilla and green tea swirl! Service was fast and efficient. Small restaurant but good for group of people. TIP: There's parking in the front and on the side.

The staff is attentive and helpful with service and recommendations. The meat is fresh and tasty. I will be back!
