Spice Mill Restaurant & Grills

This restaurant is extremely clean and hygienic with a great ambiance. They have soft music playing and yellow lighting, creating a cozy atmosphere. The restaurant is fully air conditioned and offers Malabar cuisine with some North Indian options. There is plenty of parking available. Overall, it is one of the best places to dine in Palakkad and highly recommended. The only suggestion is to add some continental dishes to the menu.

Tucked away in a hidden corner, The Spice Mill is located behind a building to the left as you come down from the Palakkad flyover. The restaurant has a nice ambiance and the service is pleasant. However, the speed of service is a concern. Compared to other restaurants in Palakkad, the wait time for the first order, especially for French fries, is quite long at an average of 20-25 minutes. The staff is polite and can communicate in English, which is a bonus. One great feature is that they serve tea at any time without any restrictions - I was able to satisfy my tea craving at 11:00 pm.

I am a frequent patron of the SpiceMill restaurant. They offer delicious food at affordable prices. A few dishes that are a must-try are the chicken biriyani (the best in town), chilly beef, wheat porotta (made with more wheat, not just a name), beef ullarthiyathu, chicken tikka, chicken kondaattom (for the spicy lovers), and alfam. The atmosphere is suitable for all types of individuals and age groups.

Yesterday May i had food in the afternoon from Spice Mill Restaurant, Palakkad This restaurant is in the heart of the town very near to the Palakkad Town station. Good car parking facility is there cars can be parked....The ambience of the restaurant is good. Coming to the food .....soup was not very good, but the starters prawns fry and honey glazed chicken slices were really delicious. The main course was also good. The service by the staff is good. We couldn't eat the food properly since the Ac was not working properly and it was too hot. On enquiry they said it is under service, don't know how far it's true. This spoilt the whole purpose. So before visiting please see that the AC is working properly, if not don't go. Food is good ....Service is good.....Parking space is there

A good place to eat. The food is good and tasty. The service is good. The atmosphere is pleasant. The restaurant may be overlooked by many because of the over bridge over the railway track. The wash room and hand wash area need to be...cleaner.
