Antica Palestrina

The meal, prebooked by friends, was excellent. Bruschetta arrived while we were waiting for the next dish. The local amatriciana was ecellent, as was the scallopina al limone to follow. Biscuits at the end. Courteous and efficient service. Nice shaded area outside overlooking square. And a very reasonable bill to finish!

We came here after visiting the local sites. The family were very welcoming. They served very good mixed anti pasti with salads wine. The service was good the staff very friendly. I can fully recommend it.

Mixed antipasti were good, but it's a pity that fried vegetables were cold. Primi piatti (bucatini amatriciana, cacio e pepe, tortelloni) were excellent. The restaurant is old style, as they won't show you a proper menu but they will tell you a list of their dishes: prices are therefore a surprise for the end of the meal, but they were fair (21 euros per person for mixed antipasti, primo piatto and half a liter of wine).

Always the top. Nothing to do with famous chains of restaurants that do not even cook pasta and at least season it. Fabulous always the gnocchetti served in the scrum. Home cooking in the heart of Palestrina. Council

After the first summer experiences I returned with the family to have lunch these days both there and to remove confirming the goodness of the offered dishes, all delicious and abundant. certainly tractor of rare genuineness.
