Burger King - Palestine

The service here is terrible, and it's the slowest fast food I’ve ever experienced. Plus, you can almost count on having your order wrong when it finally arrives. Food rating: 2/5.

I often find that they forget important items or mess up my order. During my most recent visit, my order of nuggets was missing altogether, and there were no sauces included. Additionally, there was some drama happening with the parking lot employees while I was in the drive-thru. Overall, I would rate the food a 4 out of 5.

The food and service were good, but the staff member who was preparing the food really needs to wear a belt to keep their pants up. It’s quite unprofessional and disrespectful. Overall, I would rate the food 4 out of 5.

Who ever the manager was on 6/26/23 at 10:00 am has horrible customer service skills. Also wasn’t wearing a uniform and had his shorts sagging with his underwear showing. He belongs in a warehouse away from the public not running this store. It’s a shame I love burger king too.Food: 5/5
