Ocean Ice - PALERMO

We thought we would sit and have a drink and something to eat at this establishment. We sat and waited to be served. The waiter on duty noticed us and we assumed he would come over to us, once he had dealt with some other customers. He did not! He served food to the table next to us and then walked off, back inside. He came out and served some other tables. He went back in. He bought the bill out to another table to the side of us. During this time other people sat down and he took orders. We looked over to him and assumed he had missed us. He went back inside. When he came back out he noticed a couple just sitting down on the table to the right of us. He immediately went over to them and sarted speaking Italian . We informed him that we had been waiting a good while. I said this in English. He ignored us completely! Rude, ignorant and I wonder if he might be xenophobic! We left. We were welcomed further down the road and spent out money where it was appreciated

Excellent cafe with fast and friendly service. Super fresh croissant. Very good Americana exactly the way it should be.

Good place for beer! the most bier approx. 4€. bonus: they contain chips and nuts!

One of the worst food I’ve ever had. I was sick for two days after, it ruined my trip to Sicilia. Please don’t go there.

Al bar chiedo un caffè a un ragazzo con gli occhiali, che sembra avere circa 19/25 anni. Si può notare che ha prestato servizio alle persone con velocità, data la natura del suo lavoro. Tutto sembrava ok fino a quando il direttore, vestito con una camicia nera, inizia a gridare parole cattive verso il cameriere. Il ragazzo sembra stanco della situazione, cercando di ignorare il collega fastidioso, ma non è sufficiente e il signore continua a dire parole offensive, terminando così la serata.
