I Mandarini - PALERMO

Good restaurant, aiming to be fancy with medium prices. The food is excellent, local and fairly sophisticated. The wine selection is interesting. Music is quiet and pleasant. Service is almost perfect, professional and efficient. I don't give 5* because of unprofessional and cold waitress who knows nothing about her job. Another waiter who took away my plate without asking if I was done (I wasn't! , 15 mins to wait for the bill, and because the salad was served after the main dish... Small details that matter :

A nice surprise, we loved this place. you eat under the olive trees with a sweet background music. impeccable service, all very kind and attentive to the customer. the waiter stopped chatting nicely with us, but without intrusion. the Valencian paella (exceptional requires a slight extra wait than the other first (20/25 minutes approximately ), but if so it could not be prepared at the moment. is presented, if you like (after request to the customer, crisp and toasted as the original. the portion is at least for 3 people, if not 4. we were in two and we opted to bring home the rest (even on this extreme availability . we will definitely return!

Excellent vegetarian paella, which is not found in the menu but is made by reservation. friendly and handy room staff.

Fantastic restaurant, very cozy, the rooms really very nice and well maintained, both outside and inside. all delicious dishes (also gluten-free options, from appetizer to dessert,) very kind staff, very attentive and helpful. absolutely recommended.

Have already been a bit of times in this place known by chance, the place is fantastic seems to be in a private villa, friendly staff and friendly and especially their pizzas are fantastic!
