Antica Gelateria Del Mare - PALERMO

We are an ice cream loving family. But the gelato at this place was the best I ever had. We ate gelato here every night for a week. Highlights: the crepes with ice cream, the Sicilian brioche with ice cream, simple cups of gelato, cups of gelato with whipped cream. The Nutella gelato was a favorite, but we ate hazelnut gelato, strawberry sorbet, coffee, etc. with no disappointments at all. The tables were crowded every night but we did only takeout, which was dished up by the friendly people behind the counter who insisted on giving us tastes of everything. The best gelato I ever had. Anywhere. I saw stars!!!

Eating a barely decent ice cream in Palermo seemed impossible. Instead, we have experienced it. This gelateria is on the seafront, near the busy Marina, but it was really nothing special. Particularly offputting was instead the waiter's attitude. Not recommended.

The service here is wonderful. The location by the sea is great. But these pale into insignificance against the brilliant ice cream they serve..... absolutely full of flavour. Oh and have an iced coffee if you are flagging I felt like a snail when I ordered it and once finished I was a formula one car

Clean place, new and pleasant, great ice cream and abundant portions, really delicious fruit gorges, you feel the goto of the excellent raw materials without essences, according to me make the best ice cream of palermo, spectacular and huge brioches, exaggerated cups, super recommended especially in summer if you want to dine with ice cream, even make super crêpe and waffel, I brought many relatives and friends are in
