I requested to speak with the manager, but she never came to our table. Instead, she comped the meal through the server. While I appreciate the gesture, what I really wanted was a hot meal from a restaurant I grew up enjoying. The new owners of this franchise have really let the brand down. By the way, from the pictures, you can see that the St. Louis ribs are only about three inches long, which is quite disappointing. Corporate, please fix this!

The meal was reasonably priced, falling within the $10–20 range per person, which I thought was great value for the quality of food. The food itself was exceptional, earning a solid 5 out of 5 for its taste and presentation. The service was equally impressive, also scoring a 5; the staff was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. The atmosphere was enjoyable with a rating of 4, creating a nice ambiance that enhanced our dining experience. Overall, I highly recommend this place for a delightful dinner!

The dining experience here is consistently fantastic, and the service is excellent! We make an effort to visit a few times each month. I can't wait until they can reopen their salad bar, but I understand the current restrictions they have to deal with. If you enjoy BBQ, you'll definitely appreciate this place!
