Sonny's Bbq - Palatka

The food was great, but my boyfriend and I were given the wrong order 3 separate times. However, when I did get my food, it was still fresh and delicious! It didn't look like it set under a warmer or anything which was nice.I think they are severely understaffed so we didn't say anything at all about the service. The waitresses and hostess looked very frazzled and I actually felt quite bad for them, which means it's likely an upper-management problem.The drinks here are huge. You get a giant mug for about $3 and I believe they're free refills as well. It was a super quiet restaurant and it was very enjoyable overall!The only actual critique I have is that the menus were very dirty. There were specks of bbq sauce and dirt all over them. My silverware was also questionably dirty and it turned me off from eating a bit. I just took it home and ate it off my own silverware.Dietary restrictions: Doesn't offer any shellfish, so it's safe for those with allergies!Parking: Fairly large parking lot with lots of spaces whenever we went on a Thursday night.Wheelchair accessibility: Has flat surfaces on ground-level for wheelchair access

Went to eat Sunday afternoon. Was seated and we waited ,and waited, and waited no one showed up. I started waving my menu we know they saw us. The girl that seated us came over said she would get our waitress. She was still a no show. The worst service I’ve ever had. Won’t be back!!!

They were out of pork. Food was ok but not as good as it used to be.. Waitress was very forgetful. Asked for hot sauce 5 times and finally got it after I ate my food. They seem to be going downhill. It's to bad because there's not to much in Paltks.

Food wasn 't all that great. Definitely not the sonny 's It should be. They complained on the amount of turkey we ordered even though the 'forgot ' to even put in it the take out order. Definitely won 't be going again. I would just avoid the place probably better BBQ around unless you like the McDonalds of

All food was sweet, not bad but mine and my husband’s food was sweet and I feel it wasn’t necessary, coleslaw•beans•pork sweet. About service.. workers barely talked to us and no smile, no words, like it was a little odd. Overall the food is fine to try one
