U Turchinu - Palasca

As we deliver in the village during the holidays, we go there from time to time. Nice little restaurant, small menu but of high quality, the hostess works wonders. Semi-cooked tuna with sesame seeds for my husband and gnocco in tomato sauce for me. A delight. I will be going back there next year.

A typical setting of the villages perched Corsica, away from the seaside hordes. A very warm welcome, tasty and inventive dishes based on fresh and cooked products. Very good address... the detour is worth it.
