I regularly visit this place, and I’d say about 90% of the time, it's a solid choice. While it's not a traditional fish and chip shop, the food is quite good. The disabled access is satisfactory, but there's no designated parking on the street. They do offer home delivery, although I haven't tried it yet. There's also a convenience store next door, which is handy for picking up something to go with your meal.

This evening was our first time ordering from Trawlers, and I must say we were thoroughly impressed. We ordered the fish dinner for two, and it arrived right on time, piping hot. The fillet of cod was delicious and generously portioned, coated in a perfectly crispy batter. The chips were golden brown and crunchy on the outside, with a light and fluffy interior, just as they should be! Everything was freshly cooked and served at the perfect temperature. These young folks really know how to do it right! Trawlers is definitely top-notch! I'm a very happy customer and will be returning very soon!

Outstanding fish, excellent chips, and perfectly cooked batter. The service from the staff was impeccable. We returned on the second night and enjoyed the same high quality. I will definitely visit again when I'm in the area.
