Inn On The Green - Paignton

We were excited to find a few vegan choices on the menu, but unfortunately, we were highly dissatisfied with the quality. We tried the nacho sharing plate with chili, but the portion was surprisingly small for two people, especially compared to the larger portions we saw being served to others. Undeterred, we also ordered the vegan pizzas, which were disappointingly lacking in vegetables on top. The single mushroom seemed to have been thinly shredded to make it stretch further. Both dishes were bland and lacked flavor. We do not plan on returning to this restaurant.

Located by the sea, this gastropub offers a separate vegan menu featuring fishless fish and chips, vegan pizza, and a plant-based burger. They also have three vegan dessert options available. The wines are clearly labeled as vegan, with a diverse selection of drinks. If you're in the mood for some fish and chips by the sea, generous portions, and excellent service, I highly recommend this restaurant!

Great location near the seafront and pier, but quite run down inside and in need of repairs and redecoration. Menu was limited by staff shortages and using substitute suppliers, but we were told of this on arrival and the staff were knowledgeable about the impact eg that the onion rings from the interim supplier weren't vegan. Tasty burger with smoky bbq jackfruit topping and chips.

I had the vegan pizza at this restaurant and, although I was quite hungry, I enjoyed it. It wasn't anything extraordinary, but there was nothing to complain about either.
