Carmelo's Bistro - Pahrump

We've already eaten 3-4 times here. Every time we had a service dog with us (trained for diabetes). The service was always slow, but this time she actually took a walk-in-to-go order before she asked us what we wanted to drink. 20 minutes later and no drinks. We went out. Our group is usually 3-6 people and we try to visit local restaurants. I don't know how they stay in business. RIH

Excellent service! Had to feed a big crew in a hurry, on a busy Saturday night. Another place was called first and said they didn't even have the materials to make 10 pizzas. Called Carmellos and received a quick, friendly, yes on our order. They gave an honest waiting time, called me to know that it would be ready to pick up and go soon. The staff was absolutely wonderful. The place is also super cozy!! Definitely recommend!

I ordered the execution of Carmelo? Bistro, spaghetti and meatballs. It came with a salad and garlic bread. It was much more than I could eat myself. The restaurant doesn't look like much, but if you order, you are for a treat!

Ordered pizza it took an hour as they were pretty busy. We sat there for about 15 minutes since we were told 45 and the service was nice and friendly. It also smelled fantastic inside. The pizza was pretty good the sauce is good, but the pizzas were just barely done no caramelization of the bottoms at all and very little on the toppings. All in all though, still tasty.

I wanted to try Carmelos for my birthday dinner. We ordered a meat lover pizza and an Alfredo. Everything was delicious. We will definitely come back. Thanks for a great meal and wonderful service
