Subway - Pagosa Springs

Over an hour wait and only 3 people in front of me. The shop was dirty and the service was terrible. Will not be back.

Quick service but not all food items were available. Additionally, the restrooms do not lock! They have a key code on the door to get in but you cannot lock them!

Cucumbers were mushy, lettuce was brown and smelled terrible. The lady in front of me tried to help by suggesting that the cooler below was turned up too high and was freezing their produce (she 's absolutely correct). The woman behind the counter just ignored her rather than say thanks , take the advice, and save the location thousands in wasted produce.

We stopped on our way back to AZ for lunch. The service was fast, friendly, and efficient. We decided to take a break from driving and ate in the store. The facility is small, but clean.

Cleaner than most other Subways. Efficient. Fresh. Consistent over many years.
