Contribuiți la feedbackI needed a place to host my wedding rehearsal dinner, I emailed Tony and he responded immediately willing to accommodate my party on a short notice. He helped me with planning the right amount of food and drinks per person and provided us a VIP room so that we could talk and mingle without being bothered. When we arrived Tony and his staff were extremely welcoming and made sure that we had the best customer service experience. The food and drinks were amazing, our party was very satisfied and could not stop talking about how good the food was. I would highly recommend stopping by while in Pagosa or having an event in their VIP room.
I miss this place. And their phenomenal peach beer. Our family would come up every 2-3 years and rent a cabin and stop by several times each trip. I really enjoyed their cucumber beer too, but their peach was a knockout!
Super weird way to order beers using the QR code. The beers were alright and the vibe was kind of like a dive bar. One of the staff members kept coming over to check and see if we needed help ordering using the QR code. It would have been way easier to just take our order. Sometimes technology isn't always the answer.
Three words sum up our brief experience here: Very Rude Staff. We stopped in for dinner and there was quite a wait. This was understandable as it was a Friday night. To bypass some time, we decided to order a beer at the bar while we waited. We were standing by the bar waiting to order when one of the servers rudely stated for us to move. I replied that we were just trying to order a drink. His response was that he didn’t care and we needed to get out of the way.I’m sorry that we were trying to spend money at your establishment. Perhaps learn how to be kind to your customers rather than chasing them away.
Disappointing... Disappointing best describes Pagosa Brewing. When it come down to it this review doesn 't have to do with the food. It 's the lack of service, lack of customer experience, and lack of customer care.Initially greeted by the host we are sat at the table and informed the menus on the QR code. (Nothing new and widely accepted). Didn 't think that you literally wouldn 't have any interaction with a server while here. Before viewing the menu you must place in your contact information. Upon scanning the menu on your phone you must place your order on your phone, never interacting with a server and prior to placing your order you must enter your card information. Water is self serve and even drinks are ordered through the app. Through the entire course of the meal the only interaction we had was when our food was delivered, here 's your French dip... , and when the..host..walked by while seating another table and asked how things were.Never once did a waiter/ waitress ask if they could get us anything, ask if we had questions about the menu, ask if we needed a refill, ask if everything came out correctly, ask how your day, was, nothing. Never, once.It 's sad to think that in an age of inflation and higher cost of living that it 's expected to tip 15-20% when there is no service, there 's no care, and there 's no appreciation. People come out to eat for the experience, the service. Not to wait on themselvesThe food was good, nothing extraordinary but good. But for $85.00 to literally do everything yourself you might as well stay home or go somewhere that cares about it 's customers. We ended the meal by pressing the pay now button on my phone and seeing ourselves out. No have a good day, no thanks for coming in. Just 4 staff members awkwardly walking around waiting for the next self serve order to come in.
