Owner was great and informed me of what to do when the app isnt working. Since my 1st time in Virginia Beach, Va I always have and always will love tropical smoothie. Best tasting and slow melting due to REALNESS BEING USED

Boys were so good , I saw great team work in busy time! Very Clean. Manager is so nice always smiling treats everyone like a family .

Update: I appreciate the reply from the owner. Thanks. That is worth another star at least. I will update this review when I try it again sometime. The staff was nice and friendly. They are the only reason for 2 stars. The food was terrible for the price. I would expect that from a $2 Taco Bell menu, but not for $11 total for a quesadilla and smoothie. I chose the Jerk Chicken Quesadilla. It was nothing like the pic on the menu. Not even close. Hardly any actual chicken or fruit. There were a little more ingredients at the last section of it. Still disappointing. The Paradise Point smoothie was even worse. It was mostly ice, with some fruit flavor. I would have been better off going to Taco Bell. Very disappointed.
